It all depends on how many he will sign. Inkworks doesn't give exact numbers so we will have to deduce that out of the number of boxes and insert ratios. An dcompare that to the case breakdowns. If it's a 1 of 4 cases card. He signed about 150-200 (depending on production run). Time will tell!

But if I'll have to make a calculated guess I have to say it's closer to $400. There are a lot of X-files fans out there waiting for many, many years for a Duchovny autocard.

Just imagine SMG signing for a new Buffy set... if she did only a hundred prices will go above the $1.000,-.

I wonder why Duchovny decided to sign now after all this time.

I think now that Duchovny has had critical and commercial success away from the X-files (i.e. Californication) he no longer feels pigeon holed by it.

I'm so excited about this set (and movie), especially with Duchovny signing. I hope they actually sign a decent amount, on average an Anderson or Duchovny per case would be sweet Angel

This has seriously made my day. I always wanted the Gillian auto from Connections, but thought it would be a little lonely without David, but now to get them in the same set. I'll be getting a case for this one. Good on you Inkworks for picking this one up, I'm sure they could see the potentialSmile

Thanks for the info.

Can anyone tell me, in the past what was the pull ratio of the Gillian Anderson auto ?

If I heard correctly, Uncle Allan said at the Card Talk breakfast that the David Duchovnys were already in hand. Smile

Can we hope for a Dual signed Mulder and Scully? Not that I could afford it.

Darn, I wish I had a pile of money laying around. I could do with 5 cases or so of this release depending on how the auto and pieceworks list rounds out. If there turns out to be dual autos or auto'd pieceworks that would be something to chase after.

I could do with 5 cases too but I think for the rather than shell out for 50 boxes it might be more cost effective to just buy cards individually.

wow...this is gonna be my first preorder case of inkworks. what a great autograph line up. I guess when you think about it, nearly every inkworks product is good for what it is, this one is looking to be exceptional.
