I'm very much not amused by the 2 autograph cards which are retail. They are going to be impossible to get for collectors outside of the US, like me. There's no (affordable) way to get these retail exclusive cards.

I'm not saying retail shouldn't get any autographs. I think it's a great idea. Imagine a kid buying a pack and getting a cool Grievies auto. They might turn into collectors this way. But those autographs should be found in both the retail and hobby packs is my opinion.

Any news on the odds by the way? How many autographs can we expect to find in a case?

does anyone know if these are still scheduled for next week?

I belive that the current release date is 11/4

The latest we've seen from Topps is that these have a street date of November 11th.

I see a seller on eBay already opened a few boxes and has the sketches listed. I guess he/she gets it first since they live in New York. Hopefully my LCS gets some tomorrow!

bad Collation? I've opened 4 Hobby boxes and 3 Retail boxes worth and everything has been so predictable and typical Topps collation it's silly lol. All the base sets and chase have been exactly what they should be. I have another Hobby box arriving today! w00t!

Very nice set IMO although I would have liked the autos to be a little more plentiful.

My collation too was as expected. So far opened 2 boxes and made 2 base sets. Didn't check yet how many more I need for a third set. Got a gorgeous Chris Henderson sketch in one of the boxes. It was so nice at first I thought it was one of the base cards. Got a plain sketch in the other box but also got a Yoda auto card.

Well I must have got the crappy part of the run, because I got one card 36 out of a sealed case.

That stinks. Have you tried contacting Topps yet?

I'm going through their "procedure" sending in bills, upcs and wrappers. Hopefully it won't take too long to hear back from them.

I e-mailed them last Friday the 13th and I still haven't heard a thing. I even re-emailed them on Thursday and still nothing. I don't get home from work early enough to call them but I think I will on Monday.
