Sorry if this has been asked before but does anyone know good (and FREE) photo editing websites to use for making custom cards?

Thanks!

Loving the cards I've seen so far.

Got an eye to making a bunch of these for every actor who never signed throughout the seven movies, as a kind of expansion Big Grin

I have the Warpath + Harada ear marked for making cut autographs from, using Pop Century and Bond autograph cards, and maybe turning my Ian McKellen autograph from The Prisoner into one too. The plan is to print, cut, and place them over the original in the same card sleeve so as not to damage the original. Not sure how well it will go... Still feel uneasy about sending them out in the mail - what kind of stuff do people write to the actors? Also how do I go about getting US stamps over in the UK? I had a look at a TTM address site and forum, and people mentioned sending a LOR with the SASE. Not to sound dim but what's a LOR?

A letter of request Smile

You can get US stamps through eBay, USPS have an official shop but (ironically) the shipping is steep so you might be better off with private sellers.

There are Global Forever Stamps which are worth $1.15 which is the price of a one ounce letter US to UK.

The USPS website has a calculator to help you determine if you need more than one stamp Smile

Those X-Men cards are really great. I was thinking of starting a Marvel Move Universe set that covers all the Marvel Movies. However my computer is down so I can't do anything for a while. Frown

My computer has been down for over a month now and I finally was able to get it fix. So here are some of the returns I have gotten since then.

I have never been a creative person, really. But all of the wonderful creativity in this thread has inspired me to try my hand at this as well.

I decided to create my own expansion set to the Topps release of Dark Angel, which is one of my favorite shows ever. Topps did s decent job with their set, but they missed so many signing opportunities.

I used FotoFlexer for these, but I may end up investing in a Photoshop program as there is much more I would like to try and do with these.

Nice stuff! I never knew why that show just kind of faded out. It had so many great people in it and working on it.

Thank you! That means a lot.

As far as its cancelation is concerned, the story goes that the head honcho of programming at that time, Gail Berman, is/was very tight with Joss Whedon, and knocked Dark Angel off to fit Firefly into the schedule. Of course, as we know, that didn't work out, either.

I'm not sure if that's 100% concrete truth, but I remember reading that long, long ago.

It is a shame. The show was great and I miss it terribly.

While I don't have the money to get them printed yet I am still working on lots of new sets of custom autograph cards.
