I use a program called Fotoflexer and Power Point, then get them printed at Artscow.

I just use photoshop, and I have yet to print any out Twak
Only thing that puts me off a little bit using Artscow is that they have rounded corners because they are playing cards. But it's hard to pass up how cheap they are, and I've still to find anyone else that will print one or two of each design.
I really wish I could find someone in Australia who I could get the cards printed through.

Chris what is the quality of the Artscow cards and printing like?

They really are pretty good. I could send you a few dups if you would like to check them out.

Artscow is definitely the cheapest option. I agree about the rounded corners, they drive me crazy too.

Artscow is also inconsistent in its printing. The centering of the cards is often off. That is why I print two or three of the same card in every order so I am sure to get at least one that turns out well. The resolution on the cards is also not as good as the typical commercially printed trading card, but it is not bad.

I was hoping to get more of my Dr. Who cards back, but so far it is only the great Tom Baker.

Someone on other site reminded me about a Boondock Saints set I was working on a long time ago. I think I will fix these and send them out. I might be able to make up 4 or 5 more for some of the other actors as well...

Man!!! You are doing really well getting your cards back! I wish I had the same luck. I only get back about half the cards I send out.

I'm not doing any better. I am at about a 40 percent success rate, counting everything I have sent out.

I would really like to get back my Star Trek cards I sent to Robert Walker Jr., France Nuyen, and Sally Kellerman. I've pretty much given up on the rest of the main cast.

I fear starting that show...it sounds to good. To much to watch right now.

It is the best show on TV, and nothing is really that close. I used to say that about Fringe, and I think it's better than Fringe.

The blurb about it makes it sound like The Ringer, and I think that is keeping people away from it. It is nothing like The Ringer except for the fact the main character takes the place of someone that looks like her.

I would say Star Tiger is one of the better websites out there.

It's the nature of fanmail i'm afraid, some actors don't sign, some actors do all their mail once every 3 years etc.

Have you researched the actors who haven't come back yet?
