does any one out there know how many different burt Reynolds sketch cards were done for this set, thanks

I haven't seen any hints on numbers for each signer or artist, but I've seen three different Burt artists so far: Brian Kong, Eban Morales, and Juan Rosales. There's been one from each artist on that large auction site.

The average across all signers is about 25, so some of them will have signed less than 10. But Burt had 3 of the 317 "sold" auctions, and 317 is 11% of the total announced run from 3/box x 5/case x 189 cases, so if you (dangerously) apply the ratio, it's pretty near to 25.
