Since the demise of The Mystery Box, I have come up with something new with the help of my son, John Alex. I will need someone to do the European version(drop me an e-mail at barobehere@aol.com if you are interested).

Here is the set up.
1. I will originate the box.
2. Inside a small parcel to keep shipping cost down. There were be 4 sealed letters marked 1 to 4. Inside each letter will be an insert card. Any card with an NSU UPDATE value of minimum 5.00US to no maximum. Whoever receives the box can choice one or two letters but not open more than two. They will then replace or restore the card into a new envelope and seal it and mail it on.
3. Here is the big catch. You must mail it to someone in a connecting state. Example, I am in Mississippi, so the package can be mailed to Alabama, Tenn, AK, or Louisiana. I cannot mail to New York or Oregon because they are not a connecting state. *ADDITION: If you live in a state that connects to a Canadian providence, the package can be mailed there as well.
5. Each person can receive the package only ONCE. (Too many times did I see the Mystery box go to the same person or persons over and over again).
6. If you cannot locate someone in a state next to you, you can declair international and the package can be sent to a Cardtalker in a country like Austrilia that is not connected or the unconnected states of Alaska or Hawaii. That cardtalk can then select any state that has not received the box.
7. After the box is receive, you do not have to note what you got(you can if you want to), but Which State it is in on the site.
Let's see if we can get the box to all 50 states in less then a year!!!!
The US box will be leaving by weeks end.
So, who lives in Louisiana, Alabama, Tn, or AK? Drop me an e-mail with your mailing address.

This time out, just like when I started the Mystery box, there is no sign up. The game is designed so that the person who gets the package will have to do a little work to find other cardtalkers to send it to. Hopefully, it will work it's way to you.

I just returned from Portland, OR a few weeks ago visiting family, my son is ready to move there after two weeks of Mississippi heat!

Might be time to make that sketch card of yours a bit smaller Cardinalfan13. Every post I look at has got this huge great sketch. It really is nice but don't you think it's a tad on the large side!!!!

Actually, since Doctor Jas has mentioned this... I should mention (with my official Admin hat on) that some people do not like really large images like this in signatures. They think it breaks up the flow of discussion. This has come up once or twice in our mod's forum.

If you wouldn't mind, Cardinalfan13, could you either make your image smaller (say, about no more then 25 to 50 percent of what you have now) or use something else?

Don't mean to hijack the thread. Let's get back to Barobehere's original idea, which by the way, is a really good one! Thumb Up

Thanks.

Harris

That's what I was supposed to say Mr Toser but that stunning sketch blew me away and I totally forgot to say that. The new game sounds fantastic and I take my hat off to barobehere and his son. Let's hope it finds its way to the UK.

cardinalfan13~

That looks the same as the previous image. Confused Confused

How about doing me one more favor and testing your signature in the test form so that we don't mess with Barrett's new game any further, ok? I'll try to keep an eye for your posts there.

Thanks.
