Any idea what these are ? I have seen "you know where" foil cards numbered 000001 of Batman, Spider-Man and Elvis. Some sports cards too, like Babe Ruth
They say Legendary Foils, but no other info on them.

Yeah, you see a lot of odd stuff over there. Seller looks OK, but no manufacturer, no set mentioned and no photo of the card back. I don't know why this is called a promo or even Legendary Foil for that matter, since it is not described.
Unless you know what you are buying, stay away from it is about all I can say.
