NSU Card Talk Forum’s Secret Santa Exchange

**********************RULES PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW***************

• The purpose of the Secret Santa Exchange is to have FUN! It is a way for members of the NSU Card Talk forum to interact with other members they may not have contacted before and/or to get reacquainted with ones they know.
• You must be a registered member of the NSU Card Talk forum as of October 1st, 2009 to be eligible to participate.
• Please address all e-mails to nsusecretsanta@gmail.com with the topic of NSU SECRET SANTA in the subject header. Please do not send a copy of these rules with the form.
• All forms should be sent (via email) by October 31st, 2009. Late forms will NOT be included in the Secret Santa Exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Between November 1st, 2009, and November 15th, 2009, you will receive an email from one of our happy elves with the name and mailing address of the NSU member you have been matched with. DO NOT exchange names among yourselves if you are participating in the Secret Santa Exchange (it takes all the fun out of it). If you’ve requested to ship within your own country you will be matched with someone in your own country. However, if no one in your country is participating, you will be contacted via email to find out if you want to continue in the Exchange. While everyone will hopefully be matched up in the primary category they selected it may not be possible (so make sure you choose two categories).
• All gifts should have a minimum value of ten (10) US dollars according to the latest issue of Non-Sport Update magazine. If you wish to send a gift of a higher value that is your decision and yours alone. There is no guarantee that others will do the same.
• All gifts should be mailed to arrive on or before Christmas Eve, December 24, 2009. All shipping costs are the sole responsibly of the shipper. Be aware that shipping does take longer during the holiday season and that shipping overseas can take several weeks.

As in years past, we will be using this list to keep track of who has yet to receive their presents. Thanks for all the responses so far! It looks like Santa's going to be busy. Just as a note - there is a specialized email address for this program - nsusecretsanta@gmail.com - I've forwarded those responses that have come directly to me to that address. but please try to use that email for all Secret Santa correspondance My personal email gets really full since it's my school email, family email and everything else email *lol* Thanks and I look forward to hearing from more NSU'ers!!
