Well done, Deena! Everyone who participates really do appreciate the hard work you put into secret Santa every year. I think this is the first year in a while where everyone is in on time a week before Christmas. No more stressing! I look forward to hearing what everyone gets when they open their gift!

As part of Secret Santa this year, we all agreed to post what we received. In the past, most people did post what they received and I'm hoping for full compliance this year.

I'll start off. Thanks very much to my Secret Santa who sent me:

  • 2 Eureka Season 1 & 2 Premium packs from Rittenhouse

  • 1 box of Walking Dead Season 4 Part 2 from Cryptozoic

    Thanks again Santa!

Hi ho ho! My secret Santa gave me a gift I was planning on buying myself which means I had the greatest Santa of all. I had let my subscription to NSU lapse last year and I was going to renew before the next issue. Now I don’t have to because my secret Santa gifted me a year long subscription to Non Sport Update! Thank you secret Santa!!!!

    Good afternoon and Merry Christmas!!

So after all the family madness has settled this morning, I can finally get on NSU and swoon over my prezzies!! Luv You I was informed by our Head Elf that my Santa was sending something out of the ordinary this year, although quite inline with my interests. Well, was it ever!! Clap

I opened box #1 and found a gorgeous, metallic steampunk-inspired dragon sculpture!! For those who don’t know, my other hobby besides cards is collecting and painting kits and statues of the horror, fantasy and sci-fi genre. This piece is *exactly* something that I would have purchased for myself. It is so unique with the mechanized gears and actuators - I just love it!

But there was a second box!! I ripped into that one and I found two items: a deck of Alchemy England Tarot cards with killer artwork - unlike any tarots I’ve seen before! And then last but certainly not least there was a large, coffin-shaped box with a gold foil skull on the lid... inside was a set of four, perfectly stacked mugs. Each mug had 1/4 of a gold skeleton on the front so that stacked together, they formed a perfect, complete skeleton lying in a coffin!

Secret Santa, I have to tell you, this is probably the best gift (and not just SS) that I’ve received in a long time. You nailed it perfectly - better than most of my family ( shhh... don’t tell them, lol Big Grin ). It’s so cool to receive something from someone who took the time to really consider my interests. So thank you from the bottom of my Krampus-inspired heart (hahaha) for making this a spectacular Christmas!! You rock!! Metal Metal Metal

    Happy Holidays to all!!

Nice to see what some of us received this year Smile

As for myself, I was quite happy to open up and find these nice things:

    - Some Lord of the Rings wrappers I'd been looking for and just about given up hope finding

-The Big Bang Theory Season 5 Quotables set

-AND finally- a nice stack of Star Wars 1977 singles from the Topps series, getting me that much closer to finishing those sets. (A little bit of info here- I had finished the OPC sets years ago, then got the missing series 3 & 'missing' series 4 set. At that point, it only seemed right to go for broke and get the rest of the Topps series as well)

    Thanks Secret Santa!

Sorry for the delay, been a little crazy here.

My lovely secret Santa sent me the following:

A bunch of cool base sets,
Xena and Hercules Animated Movie auto of Alison Wall,
    Farscape LT Braca costume,
Farscape Moya (ship) costume (which I absolutely adore, I had one but don't know what happened to it, and have wanted another since!),
    Warehouse 13 Armin Shimerman auto,
Warehouse 13 Ashley Williams as Sally Stukowski costume,
    Panini Americana Laz Alonso auto,
Vampire Academy Zoey Deutch auto (needed this one),
Star Trek autograph series Virginia Aldridge as Lt Karen Tracy autograph,
Star Trek Voyager Michael Bailey Smith auto,
Star Trek autograph series Jude Ciccolella auto,
Outlander S2 wardrobe for Magaux Chatelier as Annalise de Marillac (aren't the Outlander costumes just the most amazing and beautiful ones in all of television?!),
and a book - The Vintage Trading Card Price Guide by Todd Frye - this is really interesting. Although I don't collect vintage it is still pretty interesting to look through and see everything, I like this a lot.

I just want to say thank you to my Santa, what a great box of stuff!! I hope you had a wonderful holiday and have a Happy New Year!!
    Jessica
