Hi guys, i'm trying to load a video onto youtube but nothings happening, it just stays on the loading screen for (Literally) hours!

Its only 3 mins long.
Is of a box break (so not copied, comtaining violence etc).
And is .avi format

So i don't know what the problem is, and i can't find a solution on youtube.
Any ideas?
