There were postings on the BP1 to BP8 and the BP10 and BP12 (FOB) promos below.

I just received in today's mail promos BP11, BP13, and BP14. Unfortunately, my scanner is broken, so I can't post pics, but I can describe them.

BP11-eBAY. Art by James "jaal" Braxton. Black and white picture of her smiling face.

BP13-AMZN. Art by Brian Smith. Shows her in a space suit on the moon

BP14-HJ. Art by Francois Chartier. Shows her licking a lolly pop.

By the way, the Standard Preview Set is different from the Limited Edition set. The Standard set has 8 cards plus Sketch Card #1. The Limited Set has 12 cards (the same 8 from the Standard ser plus 4 more) as well as 2 sketch cards (the first one being the same one as the one from the Standard set) The 4 extra cards in the Limited set are more "adult" (i.e. have nudity) but none of the 8 in the Standard set are as explicit.

Get some pictures up when you can. I am anxious to see them. I already have my pre-order in and just got the Limited Preview set in.

Erik:

David R asked me to post pictures of the three Bettie Page promos for you. Please find them below. These are images from eBay. I do not have these cards.

Thanks for the post. Actually, the last one is promo #11, not 15.

Just for no reason I am posting a pic of the promos I have so far. I just sent for the Ebay and Amazon preview sets to get those promos and they both arrived in the same package, from which the top had been torn open by the post office's sorting machine and then placed in a plastic bag with the usual apologies written on it. Miraculously, the cards survived, and I was kind of really ecstatic to find a FOB promo hiding between the Ebay and Amazon cards!

Was there a reason for showing 3 Philly promos? I was only aware of 2 variations? Ditto for the Preview promo shown twice?

Nope, I just put every one I had in the picture. I accidentally ordered a Philly one, thinking it was the variant I didn't have, and then had to find the real variant. And I have 2 Preview promos because I ordered 2 sets.
For some reason, the BP4 NYCC promos are commanding a high price now, preventing me from (so far) picking up the variant I don't have (Brian Smith).

Thank you.

Yes, I saw those crazy prices on the NYCC promos. My guess is that most of the savvy card collectors who would have picked up extras were attending the Philly Non-Sport Show which took place that same weekend.

I was at NYCC on Friday and didn't see any of the promos (and I was looking for them). I talked to a couple other people who went to the show and they couldn't find the cards either.

Laura, I might be wrong, but I thought the BP-4 came out some time ago, possibly the last NYCC...

Mike - Sorry, guess I should have been a bit clearer with my post. I was at the NYCC where the cards were supposed to be given out (last October). I know Frank Amico was also there (Saturday) and didn't find them either. There was no information on who might have them, unlike some of the promos that were released afterwards. Attendance for NYCC was well over 10,000 people for the weekend. Seems to me making the promo cards impossible to find defeats the purpose.. .think of all the Betty Page fans/collectors at NYCC who aren't necessarily into trading cards and have no idea there's a set coming out.

Laura,

Thanks for the clarification. Of course in your post when you said "I was at NYCC on Friday", I thought that you meant last Friday. To be honest, I have no idea when this show is held, so that is why I commented.

Yes, I agree, if one cannot find the promo, one might not know about the product coming up.... Smile

Mike.
