I have seen a card # 7 of 9 of Krisi Ballentine that says it was given away at the Toyota Grand Prix on April 12-13, 2012.

I have not seen any of the other 9 cards

The Benchwarmer website says there are 8 cards in this set

Looks like card #9 was released after #1 to 8.
