E-mail and payment received. I will have yours in the mail tomorrow. Smile

I'm happy that some of the promos are being received. I'm getting down to the nitty-gritty (about 15 or so left). I put aside promos for people who said they are mailing payment for postage as well. I will have enough for everyone. Big Grin

I wanted to thank everyone who asked about the promos and sent me money for posting them in the mail. I still have a few left and I can only send out 1 per person. The reason that I ask $1.00-$2.00 (depending on where I'm mailing them too) is just for postage. I'm not making anything out of this. I pay all the extra fees like (tax, toploader, penny sleeves, envelopes, scotch tape, gas to the post office, etc...). Just incase anyone thought that I was selling these and making a profit (I'm not). I would accept SASE but since I live in Canada the stamps would have to be Canadian and I don't think they sell them in the US. I do appreciate everyone sending me the postage money as a gift thru Paypal. That helped incredibly and for those people who sent me a little extra to cover the materials. You all rock. It was great to be able to get some of these out to people who could not attend the convention and for people who live overseas, etc... Smile

This offer is now closed. Thank you again to everyone who inquired about these. Smile

You are very welcome. Smile

Okay, I only have a couple of these left. I have put aside some for people mailing me postage and asked for one. Everyone who sent me postage thru Paypal last Thursday & Friday for these and the TC&B promos will be mailed out tomorrow. Thank you again to everyone who contacted me. It was really nice of Versicolor to send me the promos to give out. Thank you again Billy. I'm very excited to work on this set. Big Grin

Received mine on Saturday! You are the best! Thank you. Now to chase down the two NYCC variants and Wizard World (TX)! I think that the website was updated on Sunday. I left my computer on to their site on Saturday night (doing some research for my column) and the old link broke on a refresh and pairing back the URL a bit revealed a great surprise. I just have one question, assuming that Billy will read this thread, 'Are the preview cards like the promos and if so then what is a "printed sample color sketch card"? Couldn't all of the cards in the preview set be described that way?'. (Is that three questions?) Smile

Here to answer 2 of your questions Bill. 1st is about the TX promo. I had messed up,

I drove roughly an hour to visit the Wizard World Comic-Con in Austin the weekend before last. I gave out a few of the exclusive promo #BP6-WWA to the only card dealer at the show on Friday. I spent the rest of the day doing business talking with all of the artists at the show. I met with several artists from the set and a surprise artist to be announced later! I had planned on giving out the rest of the promos the following day, but I didn't realize that I had forgotten them until I was already at the show. And unfortunately I was unable to attend on the third day. So if anyone would like to have this promo which was drawn by Jay Fife, you can send us a SASE to our address found at our site, VersicolorProductions.com

2nd is about the "printed sample color sketch card"? Most of the cards in the Preview set are done digitally and usually are colored digitally also. Some of them might be scanned from larger pieces that may have been painted.

The "printed sample color sketch card" is a card that was actually printed from an original color sketch card on the actual paper stock that the sketch cards are printed on. So it has the look and feel of an actual original, put it isn't, it's "printed." This card is included in the set to show collector's what type of sketches they can expect when they purchase a full boxed set.

I hope this clears up any confusion anyone might have?

Thanks,
Billy

And thanks for the praise for the new site, we're pretty proud of it!

Just letting everyone know thats there are still TX Bettie Page promos available for a SASE.

Thanks, Billy
