Have seen 2 cards, which say "promo trading card" # 1 and 2 on them.

They advertise a comic book adaptation of a 1975 horror film. Supposedly only 250 of each made.

They were available at the Baltimore Comic Con

These promo cards are included as part of the kickstarter for these comics which has 2 weeks left to run.
