That is not a real promo. It was made by a fan on the Topps online store site. You can make business cards using Wacky images.

Perhaps slamjim means it is not an official Topps wacky package promo

Its a business card for the guys store not a Wacky Packages promo which is what the first post said it was. I can go on the Topps site and make a business card with a Wacky image on it myself as could you and it wouldn't be a promo card. Its a business card. In the card world I'd classify a promo card as a card released by a card making company promoting an upcoming card set. Just my opinion on that part though.

I think if i was a Wacky Packages collector i would have to have it once i knew it existed whatever it was called.

They gave this promo out at Comic Con at the Famous Monters of Filmland booth. It is a Happy Jack promo and limited to 250. They had about a dozen different HJ promos there.
