ICardz, the company which does the Canada and America at War cards, produced 20 exclusive cards for their upcoming Canada at War set. I am told that they came attached to the cover of Legion magazine, 1 per issue.
I've never heard of Legion magazine, so I guess it must be a Canadian release. I am told that the 20 cards will NOT be part of the regular issue set.

You are correct we have produced 20 promo style cards that were stuck on the covers of the Legion magazine in five card packs. Ten of the cards featured Canada at War WWI, and the other ten cards are Canada at War WWII. These are stuck on to newsstand issues (~4500) as an incentive to magazine buyers.
Legion Magazine info:
Legion Magazine is a Canadian English-language magazine with a French insert. It is published in a four-colour format, covering stories about Canadians, Canada’s institutions, its military and its heritage. Legion Magazine is recommended by The Royal Canadian Legion, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving veterans and their families and the perpetuation of remembrance.
Thanks for bringing this up, if there are any more questions please ask.
Have a great day!

I was lucky enough to discover someone selling the 112 card set and album on the bay and I persuaded them to accept a bid from outside their original geographical parameters. To my surprise I was the only bidder and the cards and album arrived Saturday. Included with the cards were the 8 card promotional set, two or three other promotional cards including the Philly one and the cards previously shown. Some of the cards had slipped out of the pages in transit without being damaged and it was only whilst re-inserting them did I come across the Legion cards. Not bad for CAN$ 35 plus CAN $ 20 shipping.

Do either of you know how to post scans ? I use to be able to do it, until they changed Imageshack around on me. Can one of you post the pictures of my set of 20 ?

There are actually 22 cards total. There are 2 header cards that say Legion in the corners. The 20 other cards say LM and then the # in the lower corners.
I have forwarded scans of all 22 to John to post this evening. The numbers of the 20 cards are LM 26, 27, 29, 36, 40, 46, 48, 55, 60, 61, 63, 67, 68, 70, 71, 72, 96, 114, 118, 125.
