According to an article on The Cardboard Connection, the 20th Anniversary DVD/Blu Ray release of the Sandlot comes with a 10 card set. The article states that the cards are not mentioned anywhere on the packaging, they are inserted inside the actual DVD/BluRay case.
One other important point from the story: "The Sandlot has been released several times already. The version with the cards has a distinct design that includes a slip case that resembles an embossed baseball. It's also clearly marked as being the 20th Anniversary Edition."

chesspiecefaceThe quotes are a great touch. I remember when this movie first came out, it really did capture the joy of baseball through kid's eyes.

By the way, there was a 20th Anniversary set for "Monster Squad" given out at Comic-Con a few years back, and it reminds me of this set. It even had character quotes on the cards like this one has.
