Hi all, just noticed one of these up at that place. The seller says these were handed out in limited numbers at the Allentown show, I haven't seen it mentioned here yet (forgive me if it has been) but just wondering if anyone knew if it is indeed rare - and of course if you have one you wish to part with. Thanks!

I really hope it isn't impossible to get...I'll be very sad. Congrats on catching the auction and snagging the card! Smile

I've seen this type of card before with Buffy & Charmed Connections sets, they are rarer than most promos and used to sell for around $30-50. I think there are more than 20 in existance, it could be that Inkworks are going to be giving away more at the next con or as a gift to dealers.

They were given out at the last Philly show. There were over 80 people there and they each received one.

Hey everyone,

I need to correct myself.
The Supernatural SC-FOA promo was given out only personaly by Alan Caplan from Inkworks. It was the P-FE that everyone at the Card Talk received.

No worries Smile yeah, people had mentioned in other threads that they received the P-FE, but nobody had mentioned this one yet so I was curious.

Scifi_Collector~

Just a bit of clarification here. The P-FE cards were not given out the Card Talk breakfast via Inkworks. This was a bit of an unusual situation. I was given the P-FE promos at the show by a collector (who also is a Card Talk member) and was told that I could do what I like with them. So I decided to give one away to those attending the breakfast.

I don't mean to nit pick but since we're clarifying things... Big Grin

Just picked one up for around £30 which I think is a pretty good price, they do appear to be much rarer than previous FOA's.

I almost picked up the FOA promo that ended on eBay last night...REALLY glad I didn't spend the $85 though, since my favorite seller just slipped one in with the box/binder combo I pre-ordered from her a couple months back. SmileSmileSmile Now I just need to track down a UK one and I'm set!

It was a really amazing surprise, especially since I had originally ordered a case from her, but had to back out of that purchase when I was laid off and dealing with a lot of financial issues. She was really nice about the whole thing, but I definitely didn't expect a rare promo to show up with my box! People like that are what make collecting fun. Smile

Cards like this are beyond frustrating and I think an insult to people who collect the sets, having to pay 75-100 dollars for cards that were given away (in some cases multiples to same dealer) is just wrong.. That's just my opinion and I can say this is probably the reason I am going to give up collecting...

There's a P-FE for the Connections set? Or is it from the Season 2 set?

I think you will find the P-FE was from the season 2 set.
