I would think at the Summit Entertainment booth, # 3920.

Children in the way? No problem either, their just speed bumps.. Kind of like hurdling strollers...I'll be right behind you Harris. Only don't stumble.. I'll help and pick you up on the way back. Sorry Big Guy, Promos come first. I figure though not for sure they'll give these out at the same place we got the Twilight Cards.. I'm hoping.. ____________________ "Aluminum Boy" S.C.R.A.M. By the way - the joking comments about kids not getting in the way is why I stopped going to San Diego Comic-Con. Because in reality, it's not a joke to the vast majority of people there and until they decide to move the show to a large enough venue to comfortably fit the masses, I won't be going back. Promos or no promos

I think if they move to accommodate the masses, the attendance numbers would increase.

Possible. But if they moved somewhere like Las Vegas where there's a plethora of hotels and food places, the people could disperse more than they can in San Diego which has limited hotel space and eateries. And besides, Vegas itself is an excuse to go *lol*

There's been speculation for years that the show will move to Anaheim, but Comic-Con came out a year or so ago and said they had an agreement with San Diego to keep the show there for at least a few more years.
Wizard just announced that they are going to be starting a show...in Anaheim. I don't know if this is some sort of preemptive move, but they scheduled next year's show to occur the same time as the C2E2 show in Chicago. It'll be interesting to see what happens with these shows in a few years. |

By the way, my "children in the way" is an inside joke to a few members here who witness something at Comic-Con a couple of years ago and isn't really meant literally. Sorry if it came out that way.
Oh and I read too where Comic-Con management is mulling moving the show again once their contract in San Diego runs out -- I think in 2012. Again, they are speaking of Las Vegas and Los Angeles. I hope it doesn't move but I agree that it WAY too crowded now. Wish they could find a way to increase space and attendance in San Diego. The press guy for CC was quoted as saying they turned away 300 exhibitors this year, which I found almost unbelievable. ____________________ Promo Card Encyclopedia & Price Guide -- Brand new for 2008. Hey Sherlock (she says tongue in cheek) - They have this thing called air conditioning now - it makes rooms cooler

They tried to do shows in Las Vegas and they lost money. Anahiem is a drag. Just think of the traffic and parking. I can't think of a better place than SD.

what about the thousands of people waiting outside the center for the show to open - for HOURS - just have the paramedics comb the area every second to pick up the heat stroke and exhaution victims off the floor -
