Just wanted to say that I'm enjoying the series of articles "Birth of Trading Card". Not that I ever thought that putting together a top-notch card set was an easy task, but the article really puts it into perspective.

I'm looking forward to the upcoming articles in this series.

Thanks a lot Angelchick182. Charlie is a member of Card Talk but I don't think he is around here all that much so I will forward your note on to him. I'm sure he will appreciate it.

By the way, I just read his third installment that will be in the upcoming Anniversary issue and its his best one yet (in my opinion). If you enjoyed the first two, I'm sure you'll enjoy this one as well.

I'd like to second what angelchick182 wrote. The two installments so far have been fascinating. I'd go so far as to say some of the best articles I've seen in NSU since I started reading the magazine about 3 or 4 years ago.

I wholeheartedly agree. I'm enjoying re-reading both of the articles that have been published so far. I'm looking forward to being able to read the entire set of articles together.

At the risk of AOL-ing, I too have been enjoying the articles - they are pretty much what I've been hoping for since I started reading NSU - any number of questions about how a set is produced are being answered!
Well done to Charlie!
