UK CardCast Episode 40, "An Englishman Near New York", is now working it's way online and features me talking to Harris about both the Fall Philly show and the upcoming Memorabilia show. Includes LOTS of interviews with artists, manufacturers and dealers from the Philly Show!
Plus, there will be an extended Tom Lichtman (of Sidekick) interview online Sunday!

I have also added a Google+ Like button the the CardCast.co.uk website - if you feel able to, please click it!

The links page will be updated Sunday - I have rather a lot of links to add...
Au Res.,
Paul

Special episode 40a is working its way online, and is an uncut version of the interview I had with Sidekick's Tom Lichtman - it's about 17 minutes long. Episode 40 is obviously still available from all the usual places, but if you subscribe and have not already downloaded it, you might have to manually select it to get it as many podcast sevices (including iTunes) only automatically download the latest episode...

The next regular episode will be in a couple of weeks...
Au Res.,
Paul

Episode 41 is now online (it may appear as Episode 41a - this is a typo and has been corrected, though it may still appear in iTunes as 41a!)
The episode features Jason Johnson of Cult Stuff, talking about the recent Winter Memorabilia show, as well as interviews with Harris Toser, Jason Wright (of Unstoppable Cards), collector and Twitter regular @momsfilms, artists Matt Dixon, MortiMac, Lisa Cummins and Sonny Mohammed, author SM Deeming and Collectable Figure manufacturer Big Chief Studios, and writer & journalist Paul H. Birch!
Au Res.,
Paul

The last episode of 2011 is working it's way onlien as I type - it features Kurt Kuersteiner of Monsterwax, talking about his new "Scare Shows" set, and Laura Inglis looking at two recent shows - the Allentown Comic Con and Steel City.

The next episode will be next year, so a Very Happy New Year from me and thanks to all who listened and supported the podcast!
Au Res.,
Paul

Hello Paul,

Great work on your pod casts. I'll be listening in when the new show is up. And I'll check out some of the archived shows, too.

Have a great New Year and hopefully we'll meet again at the Philly Show.

Fred S.

Thanks Freddy!

A little advance warning to those of you who are allergic to the voice of Harris Toser - he will be in the next episode (along with a Special Guest Star!) to look back at 2011 and look forward to London Olympic Year, 2012!
Au Res.,
Paul

Episode 43, "Looking Back, Looking Forward" is now working it's way online to all the usual places - it can already be streamed at the CardCast.co.uk website and should be on iTunes soon! This is the annual retrospective show, featuring Harris Toser and Alan Biegel (both of this parish) commenting on the highs (and lows) of 2011 (one of which was meeting me - a high or low?)
Also, there is an exclusive to the podcast contest to win a George Calloway "King Kong of Skull Island" Artist Return sketch card from 5Finity - but you'll have to listen to the episode to find out how to enter!
Au Res.,
Paul

Highlight of the year was Harris watching me and Hammer put up the banner at Philly and keeping a lookout for the owner of the mall in case he had a problem with it. Harris didn't mention there could be a problem until we were risking life and limb securing it. To see his feet shuffling, ready to sprint away was a little unnerving Wink

Seriously, the highlight was how welcome me and Kevin were made to feel. Thank you one and all.

Great episode! Very nice review of 2011 and preview of things to come in 2012. I like the fact that it covered so many topics.
