Just wondering for I mailed in my ballot way ahead of time and have not recieved the NSU Gummie card.

Sometimes Harris is pretty busy. Try emailing him. Go to the NSU home page and down on the bottom left there's a "contact us" link. I'm sure he'll help you out.
