I noticed the new look before I went away on a training course, but I didn't have any time to comment then.
Well done to BCW, and to Harris for getting BCW to do the design. It's a very slick, professional-looking site.

Great new look.
Might need a touch of green here and there.

May not be popular for saying this but although I agree the content is comprehensive I wonder why the layout looks like a full screen image on a widescreen TV. Could it have been possible to use the width better to include more items thereby requiring less page scrolling up and down.

T42, personally (and I'm assuming Harris also), very much wanted comments and thoughts as well as any positive feedback people were willing to dole out.

The decision was made to make the site fixed width (as opposed to relative) and this can result in hi-res monitors with maximised browser windows to appear squashed and long (try making your browser window smaller - this may help). I did actually build a relative width version (not sure if Harris saw it, but I think he did) and the site just didn't look right. It looked far too spacey with very little content. In all cases like this, you just have to go with what you think is the best, and I personally believe in this instance, relative width worked better.
