so i have this `94 fleer ultra x-men card BANSHEE
the back is misprinted, the entire back print is unaligned with the card. I was curious of any potential value

This is not an uncommon printing mistake, and as such the card does not have any additional value, and many collectors would find this type of card unacceptable for inclusion in their set. It might be fun to have for curiosity, but that would be about it. It is not a true "variant" or "error" card. Cards of that type can have additional value.
