To answer Batman's Question, YES, NSU will be doing a variant again this year for Comic Con International coming up next month in San Diego, CA. We will once again be featuring Buffy on the cover and this time, the cover will coincide with Inkworks' Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Women of Sunnydale trading card release. Just 2,004 copies will be produced and each will contain an exclusive, limited-edition, Buffy TVS: Women of Sunnydale promotional card. This special NSU issue will be distributed much like previous years. The majority of copies will be made available by Inkworks at Comic Con International. A few will be held back for those who can absolutely not make Comic Con to be sold through the NSU site begining on or after July 1st. The price per copy will be $5.00 and sales through the NSU Store will be limited to two copies per household. These copies will not ship until after Comic Con International ends on July 25th. If you have the chance to pick up a copy at the show from Inkworks or one of the resellers they make them available to, we encourage you to do so!

Later this week, I'll post a picture of the cover. I've seen it and it's another winner!

Thanks for the info, Harris. I won't be able to attend the Comic Con this year, so I'm glad the variant will be available on-line.

Definitely excited about the Buffy variant issue. As much as I would love to go to Comic Con and pick one up there, I won't be able to make the trip, so once again, I'll be swinging by the NSU store!

Another Buffy variant Thumb Up

I really should get my new site up ASAP to post all this information for the masses. There's so much still going on in the Buffyverse and the show has been finished for a year. A good sign that the franchise will stay alive...

Cool - glad there will be some copies available for us "out of towners" or should I say "out of country at that particular time" Not that I have been back to the US since 1999. Smile

I definately be chomping at the bit to secure mine.

If this is going to be on the same (or similar) card stock as "Big Bads" or "Charmed Connections", then it could be an absolute stunner...
