I recently placed an order for a box of cards, collectors album and a chase card from Atlantic Coast Collectibles. I sent a deposit in advance and then paid the balance buy money order (which has been cashed). I was informed 3 weeks ago the shipment arrived and my cards would be sent out the next weekend. I still haven't received my order and the owners of the company won't return my phone messages or emails. I was promised a product, paid for it and have been ignored ever since. I'm out $121.00 and want to know what can be done about it.
