I just realised that I never showed y'all what I treasures I pulled from my 2 grab bags.

The Three stooges and the Frankenstein are both offical set cards.
The amazing Jon Pertwee 3rd Doctor card is a 2006 sample card.
and my favourite one, the David Bowie as the Goblin King from Labyrinth is a Hendersonartgallery sketch card.

Thanks Chris for a terific selection.

Now I'm back from holiday - and I had a fantastic time - here are the other 4 sketch cards I got from my second set of grab bags:

Lee Majors - Steve Austin

Goldfinger

Frankenstein's monster

An un-nervingly smiling Frankensteins monster

I particularly like the Goldfinger, captured brilliantly in my opinion.

These grab bags were a fantastic idea and I'm sure that everyone was extremely pleased with what they received.

Thanks Chris. Thumb Up

I recently took up Chris's offer on a commission and this is what I asked for.

[IMG:left] [/IMG]

I asked for it because I was so impressed with his previous sketch. Impressive eh!

Great commission John. It's not clear from your picture but am I right in guessing that is a single card? Love the detail.

Have also taken up Chris's commission offer.

Looks like 2 cards. See the printed signature at the bottom of the cards and the blue lines in the middle of the image that highlight the sketch area of each individual card.

Its a double card and as Raj mentions you can see text top and bottom and the picture framelines. What I particularly like is the rendition of the moisture on the glass.

Can see that now that you've pointed it out.

It's a great sketch and a fantastic choice.

I was lucky enough to pull 4 of your sketches out of my case of Dr Who Monochrome Chris.

Three of them are of Doctors, two Tom baker's and one Paul McGann.I am embarassed to say I am having trouble identifying the fourth sketch.

It is of a woman holding what appears to be a circle with spikes in it,her face being in the centre of the circle.

I thought it might be from the TV movie which I have only seen once and did not much like which would explain why I did not recognise it.Alternatively I may just be having a senior moment 20 years ahead of time Smile .
