For those in the NY Queens area, just found out about this one.

Wintercon NY Comic and Sci-Fi Expo at Resorts World Casino this Saturday and Sunday December 5th and 6th. That's the old Aquaduct Raceway site in Jamaica for the non-gamblers.

There is a website nywintercon.com for tickets and info. Autograph guests include Nichelle Nichols, Michael Biehn, Linda Harrison, Jeremy Bulloch and some other Star Wars types.

Might be good for those inclined to comics, I guess they are going for mini Con. I would have planned to go if I had known sooner, but I am tapped out now.
