I'm only going to show 14 pictures tonight, but there are a LOT more coming. The rest, though, will be a few days coming, as I have to travel back home tomorrow. So, enjoy this first batch and be patient for the rest. Enjoy!

This picture says it all!

Here are the hosts of the Philly Show: Marlin, Roxanne and Harris Toser with Frank and Phyllis Reighter

Here's the Merchant Square Mall sign showing the Philly Show

We're all lined up and ready for the doors to open

Is it time yet??

We're inside, in line, and ready to go!

There were quite a few people there already when the show opened

Here's a checklist of the promo cards for the show

Join me as we enter the show

A view to the left...

And a view to the right...

Here's Alan Biegel, Harris Toser and Jim Kyle drawing for the lucky winner of the one-of-a-kind sketch Jim drew that was used as the cover for the program book

And here's the lucky winner with Jim Kyle!

Lastly...and since these are my pictures...lol...here's a picture me & Sue at the show

Okay, that's all for now. It'll be either Tuesday night or Wednesday night before I'll be able to post more of the pictures I took. Perhaps others will be along shortly to post pictures they took. I hope you enjoyed.

Thanks for posting the pictures! I love how they tell a story of sorts... they really give people a good idea of what the show was like.

Great pictures - I like the pictures to either side (both left and left Razz ). Looks like a good turnout, that's some promo checklist, it's a shame that there's no direct bus from the UK !

Thats strange, looking at the pictures i thought it was a very small turnout.

Perhaps i'm just used to bigger shows.

I am guessing you have never been to Allentown PA.

Its all small.

Card shows in this area have been really small for about 10 years now.

Back in the mid 90's they were huge

It looks like these pics were taken very early in the show, because there were many more people there during most of the day. I had never been to a Philly show before, but I think there was a good turnout.

Kevin, thanks for posting the pics, I know you have lots more, can't wait to see them.

Just in case anybody cares the winner of the sketch card is Gary Lee from MA. He's one of my regular customers and can often be found behind my table helping out. He has a habit of winning the Door Prizes at the Attleboro MA show. He was standing at my table while the names were being drawn and I told him he was going to win and he didn't beleive me. So after the 2 non claiming winners were announced his name was finally drawn.

I agree with Don, this actually looks like the audience for Sunday. Saturday was much more crowded. But the numbers are not what really counts (though more always FEELS better). What counts the most is how much the people who attend SPEND. (I dropped between $250-$300, which is a lot for me.) As long as the dealers can make back all their expenses (which is usually several hundred bucks, even if you live just a few hours away) and can still make a worthwhile profit for their time and energy, they will do it. When they can't, they won't.

I'm down here in Florida where we don't have card shows at all, so I for one really appreciate these things. I just wish I could make the journey more often!

Actually, the pictures of the hall are from Saturday morning....early. Sue & I were one of the first 40 people into the show, so the pictures don't show the later crowd. I posted the hall pictures so people could see the layout and setup before the crowd obscured the view.

Here are a couple of pictures from Sunday morning’s Donut Social.

It was a very nice, relaxed way for Card Talk members to get together, talk and do a little bit of trading.
