I don't think Harris has mentioned it in the posts here, but he did in the special episode of the podcast - it's F03 or 04, which is very close to the main entrance. Paul Hart is, as usual, in the stand next to Harris.

Helpfully (unlike my last comment!) there's a link to the floorplan here.

It even shows the stage area in the top left-hand corner.
