Hi All:

I wanted to start a new thread for details on the Non-Sport Update Card Talk Collector Event at the upcoming Memorabilia show. I now have the details of when it will be held and rather then it being buried in one of the existing long threads, I'll post a new.

The event will be held on Saturday, November 22 at 1:00 PM in the stage area. I just found this information out moments ago.

If there are any updates, I'll post again. Or ask one of the mods to do if I am away.

Hope to see some of our U.K. members there.

I'm going to try and get along to this on the Saturday if I can.
I'm not sure if I can get there for 1pm though so if you see someone creeping in

Will there be caterers? or do we bring our own packed lunches of Scotch Eggs and Jellied Eels?

Looking forward to meeting friends old and new .Maybe we can get some converts from people there to watch the talks.

It's been one of those days. Yes, I do mean Saturday, November 22. It's definitely Saturday.

I've no idea where the stage area is, so is it ok to meet up at the NSU table 15-20 minutes before hand so we can head off en-masse?

I remember doing this the last time we had a room at the show. It looked like a cross between a protest march and an evacuation. Waves of attendees parted to let us through and at one point, 2 Daleks joined in!! Good times

Yep, that's what we usually do, though I suspect the stage area will be clearly marked.

Looking forward to this, though it probably means putting off the lavish lunch for an hour or so (more if Haris gets caught up with signing autographs... )
Oh, and fair warning - I WILL be looking for people to record afterwards.

I'll bring a lot of trading material because that's one of the reasons I'm coming. And ofcourse to visit the beautiful England
