Hey Jane, it was good seeing you, too! I had a good time, spent some cash, but so far I pulled a cool Sean Pence Han Solo sketch and a cool Tone sketch from Family Guy! Still have an RA Avengers box, another Star Wars 30th, and a Family Guy season 2 box to break. Got some great aftermarket sketches from Jeff Chandler, thinking about going back tomorrow, it's tempting, but probably won't be able to make it. Smile Frown

I am tired- had a great time at the show today, breakfast included- some great promos and I got some neat cards for my collection over the last two days.

Yesterday:

Buffy 10th:

Recollections R5(Cordelia)- gee, big surprise.
Forever F4-(Cordelia, Angel, Riley on front)- well I didn't get it for Boreanaz, that's for sure.
P-UK- Beautiful card with Giles and Cordelia on it.

Angel 3:

TR5- Fred- I like her. Smile

Legends of Star Trek: Beverly Crusher 9 card set- 1454/1701

and my favorite of the Friday bunch:

Veronica Mars season 2-

Pw-10: Charisma Carpenter as Kendall Casablancas- got it for fairly cheap and didn't notice until I looked at it again that it has stitching. Smile When I ever get a digital camera, I will take a picture of it.

Today's haul-

Angel 1: LA-2(More Cordelia)

Buffy: WOS- A10- Musetta Vander as She-Mantis(three to go for WOS)

and my favorite card of the day:

Buffy: Memories- Inkplates B44- Cordelia: Prom- I finally have a Charisma inkplate from a Buffy set! and I got this one cheap too- heard about it over breakfast this morning and got it first thing at the show.

I also have a deal in place for one of the major Angel autos I am missing.

I LOVED meeting everyone and seeing everyone again and cannot wait until the next time. I had so much fun and my wallet has decided to cry at me....

Are you kidding Val? I don't know what hurts worse, my feet or my wallet!

Once again it was a fantastic show - Dee, Lee, Mike - thanks.

Thanks to Inkworks for that nice breakfast this morning too!

I didn't win the DS9 master set that Rittenhouse gave away, but there's always next year.

I also didn't win any of those awesome sketch cards the artists did, but there's always next year. I'll start saving in May this time.

It was nice seeing everyone again -

Ed(and your daughter), Byrna & Bev, The Toser Clan, Bill DeFranzo(You should have asked TWS what bargain bin he pulled his shirt out of)Batman, TBear, CordeliaChaseFan,MiniMe,Allan, Alyssa,Robert,Tom and everyone else. Oh yeah, ok, it was 'ok' seeing TWS, I guess......NOT! Big Grin Angel

As far as upcoming sets, Inkworks has a LOT coming out, they're going to be very busy. I got to see the Master Set of Buffy 10th And Jericho - both nice looking sets. That's as close to one of those prop cards as I'll ever get. Frown Rittenhouse had some costumes from their upcoming Star Trek movie set on display and some of the autographs. Looking forward to Jeanette Goldstein from ALIENS Big Grin

Breygent had some sketches for the upcoming Marilyn set and the Movie Poster set on display. I have to say I'm really looking forward to the Movie poster set!

I picked up a box of Buffy 10th(Got Anya's Dress PW) & a cheap box of Angel 5 - (Got Gunn's shirt and Adam Baldwin's auto)

I also picked up a Lindsay Wagner Bionic Woman autograph, A Star Trek 40th Seven of Nine costume card with a stitch in it, A Two Towers Peter Jackson Auto, a fantastic LOTR Masterpieces sketch, two Lost Common autos I needed, a fantastic Bond Prop Card, The Buffy Dark Horse promo pack, A San Diego
Comic Con Masters of Horror promo set , A Voyager Profiles Kes auto, and a fantastic Steven Miller sketch of Homer Simpson. I'll post photos tomorrow.

Inkworks had a raffle at the breakfast. I won a Supernatural SDCC set, and my brother in law(aka leadfoot) won a 4400 SDCC autographed photo from Inkworks. They gave everyone some cool promos -
Dark is Rising PFW,P-I & PK, Jericho J1-PK & JER2007 and Supernatural 2 P-I & PK. Very Generous.

All in all, I spent to much, got too tired but had a great show again.

My feet hurt too, but I think my wallet hurts more. Smile

I just put my two inkplate cards together(one from Veronica Mars season 2, the other the aforementioned BTVS: Memories) and noticed that they are inkplates for card #44 of their respective sets. Buffy's is B44, while V Mars is C44. How odd.

Lots of different things, I know a Witchblade box was in there, don't remember what the rest were- though the big prize was the Complete DS9 master set, which I would have LOVED!

Allan and Alyssa also raffled off several of the promo sets from San Diego; one each of the three preview sets; several autographed pictures of the guests that signed at the Inkworks booth (4400, Lost, etc.); and some of the new trading card shirts (Supernatural and Jericho, I believe). I might have missed something

I really enjoyed the show as well. We had a pretty decent show and it went by extremely quickly. Can't believe it's over already. It was good speaking with many of the "regulars" like CordeliaChase_Fan, AWR, TWS, Jane and her posse, Wandring Rebel, Scifi Cards, B&B, Omar Pratt, promogal, Tbear, Batman, and of course Dee, Lee, and Mike.

Glad you folks had a wonderful time. So, who's going to give us some information about the complete list of signers for the upcoming The Complete Star Trek Movies?! RA announced that they will release that information at the show.

I'll tell you all I can remember about the ST Movies signers.

I think Kirk & Spock will be case incentives. I saw Robert Picardo, The Punk on the Bus from
ST IV, Jeannette Goldstein, F Murray Abraham(First time signer I think).

I saw costumes worn by Scotty and Bones, and I'm sorry, my memory stinks, because that's all I can remember. I'm sure someone else will come along with a better memory. Wink

In addition to the names Jane has listed I remember seeing a Malcolm McDowell, Scotty's Nephew (I think), Steven Collins and Ricardo Montalban. I believe Rittenhouse had 32 autograph cards on display. I was much more impressed with the lenticular cards that will be in this series. They are just AMAZING (1 for each movie).

I was impressed with the lenticular too. It looked way cool.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the signers either. I do remember that they have "God" signing in the series, or at least the actor who played the part. The collector who pulls an autograph card signed by "God" is going to have might impressive bragging rights. Big Grin
