Nice art, but I'm surprised there isn't a single sketch of Batman out of a case. . .

Yeah, the Batman sketches seem to be in short supply. Halfway through my second case and none yet.

Great lot of sketches, Miss Lizzy!

I'm loving the Scarecrow and the Glendenning Batgirl. Also the Engstrom Penguin. All very nice! Thumb Up

Nice to see a DeKraker sketch not ruined by his giant signature in black ink, as has happened in the past with his sketches for Marvel Masterpieces and the Batman Animated series. That Alfred card has a more muted signature and greatly benefits from the result. Hopefully, he'll sign all of his cards that way from now on.

Haha, true! They're nice, though. And, you finally pulled a Batman! Thumb Up

How close to the second parallel set? Are they approximately one set per case? My cases should arrive this week and if the parallels are seeded with high enough frequency, perhaps we can balance out each others spares.

I might add that the Cryptozoic website is, as usual, apparently incorrect. The checklist makes no mention of parallels or printing plates and lists the Carnival of Criminals (or Circus of Villains) as 1 per box, but I gather they are 2 per box. I am very happy about the additional content, but is it really that hard to provide information? Together with the lack of sketch card numbers, it is extremely frustrating for the collector.

I think I'm probably 4 or 5 cards away from a second set. Opening a third case now, will have to see where I end up after I sort everything.

My two and a half cases. No redemption cards and no printing plates Frown but the extra sketch per case seems to be standard.

First case sketches:

Camera - Tweedledum / Moura - Batman (Dick Grayson?) / Shelton - Nightwing
DeJarnette - Maxie Zeus / Richard - Commissioner Gordon / Duron - Great White Shark?

Borgonos - Batman / Shane McCormack - Bruce Wayne / Pronovost - Grundy
Wheeler - Batman / Ahmed - Catman / Torrance - Hush
Fraim - Hatter

The Shelton Nightwing is amazing and the only one I will be keeping. I have no interest in the villains and I am trying to restrict myself to 1 or 2 of each of only a few characters.

Second case sketches:

Dominguez - Robin / Clayton McCormack - Two-Face / Boatwright - Scarecrow
Duron - Dragon / Treece - Commissioner Gordon / Shelton - Robin
McKee - Joker

Treece - Robin (Damian) / Camera - R'as al Ghul / Lagunsad - Joker
Fabul - Ivy / Maell - Joker / Cook - Ivy

Very heavy on the villains so no keepers. The Shelton and Lagunsad are my favourites.

Third half case:

Bulda - Joker / Pace - Joker / Wheeler - Joker
Phillips - Batgirl / Moura - Question / Chuckry - Azrael
Goulart - Bane / Gorman - Batman

Definitely keeping the Moura Question and probably the Phillips Batgirl and Gorman Batman.
