The metal card was one of the leftover cards from Viceroy's 2013 Carnival set, apparently.

Bought ten packs. Not off to a great start as I had to pay £20 in fees to customs and the Royal Mail Mad . Things got better from there with a really nice selection of high quality artwork Smile .

My promo pack had mainly the same type of cards as above, the only variants being instead of the metal card I got a Space series one promo signed by Gary Kezele and a casino chip from The Deep.

Interesting.
To me, that Spitfire stands out.

It's a great set for trading ( I hope Smile ) because there is such a diverse mix of subjects that should appeal to a diverse mix of collectors.

I was lucky that most of my pulls fit my own tastes but I will be trying to trade the Robertson robot, Camera camera's, and West Jurassic rather than just listing them on Ebay.

BTW the number at the end relates to a seal on the back of the card. There is a list on Blowout with all the artists and the subjects they drew in number order which is really useful if someone forgets to sign the back of the card or you are not sure what the subject is.

Picked up another 10 packs, this time getting them delivered to my hotel in Chicago and avoiding the customs and postage charges Big Grin .

Matt Stewart " V Gordon Childe ".

Sharon Gauthier " Killer Shrew " .

Fuzzy Tattoo " Matches ".

Trent Westbrook " Spinosauras Tooth ".

Joe Adrian " Untitled " .

Bobby Blakey " Wacky Monster " .

Bruce Gerlach " Land Lubber Loather ".

Jason Montoya " Odin ".

Rhiannon Owens " Geisha ".

Rhiannon Owens " Geisha ".

Great artwork from everyone but unfortunately unlike the first lot of ten cards mostly of subjects I do not collect. All except the two Rhiannon Owens cards are available for trade for sketches of pretty ladies from any official set.
