one in 15 boxes is correct, there are 10 36 count boxes in a case, doing the math equates to 15 boxes = 520 packs. So one in every case and a half, the odds being a little better than 1 in 2 cases.

I don't have a box by box breakdown, but out of 2 cases I pulled:
Inkplates card B35

PW1 x 3
PW2
PW3
PW4 x 3 (one is a nice variant with a flower pattern on the bottom piece)
PW5 x 3
PW6
PW7
PW8 x 3
PW9 x 3
PW10 x 2
PW11 x 2
PW12 x 3
PW13
PW14 x 2
PW15 x 2
PW16 x 2
PW16 Redemption card

Tons of lower level chase and 2 base sets per box.

My case breakdown was just about the same as Prophecy Girl, I got both an Inkplates (#43, yellow, Angel) and the PR-1. I got all the PW's except PW2. A good case! My dealer even sold me the dual Kennedy and Molly card for $25! Just need the PW2 and the triple costume incentive to finish this set.

My friend didn't get a PR1 in his case, so I don't think they're one per case.

Ok, Here is the breakdown of 15 boxes from 2 case.
5 boxes to be accounted for later.
0 Pw1
2 Pw2
0 PW3
1 Pw4 Floral pattern
2 Pw5
2 Pw6
5 Pw7
5 Pw8
3 Pw9
3 Pw10
1 Pw11
1 Pw12
1 Pw13

Um, this is from several different guys who purchased boxes from my shop. Not me personally.
I asked them to let me know what pieceworks they got and if they got an Inkplate.
