I'm guessing it's because there are a lot of the Finest cards to be had AT THE MOMENT. I imagine the prices will settle down soon.

While the Mirror Mirror were a better format card, the price disparity seems strange.

You can't compare the two.
The Tos Season 2 cards were made many years ago.

Come back in a few years and lets see how much the finest cards are selling for.

Don't see why not. The prices were pretty much the same, if not more, for the Mirror Mirror cards on release.

I guess the Mirror cards were only in one series. The Starfleet finest have been in several series, although with differnt characters.

The mirror cards were limited to 200, not 400 and were spread throgh a print run of..20,000 boxes, I think....? Or 18,000...at a time when collectors opened but a few boxes and even dealers cracked only a few cases. The whole print run was NOT up on Ebay at the same time within days of release.

Yeah, I remembered the quantity incorrectly. The differential makes more sense now when you consider that there would more people wanting a set and, because of the larger print run, able to do so.

I opened my first of 4 boxes of ST:TNG Quotable last night and this is what I pulled.

2 Comic Book Covers: CB1, CB4
1 Captains Women: W7 (Lwaxana Troi)
