The box 1 sketch looks like Black Canary (can't remember her ever using a gun but it looks like her) by Ray Dillon. Very nice sketch by the way.

Box 2 sketch is the Atom (Ant Man is a Marvel character but I can see where you're coming from) by Tom Hodges.

yeah, I don't think the first one is Black Canary. Like you said, I've never seen her use a gun either. Isn't there a police detective from Batman that looks like her?

Ah, found her name. Renee Montoya. That's who I'm thinking it could be.

It's definitely not Montoya - she's hispanic with black hair.

I'm sticking with my guess of Black Canary. Maybe she took up arms in a Birds of Prey arc?

Yeah, you're right. Just pulled up a pic and she's not blond. Hum....

Hehe- it is definitely Dinah/Black Canary's outfit, but yeah the gun thing isn't her- of course I don't have encyclopedic knowledge of all of Dinah's exploits.

It looks like Arsenal, now known as Red Arrow.
I can't find any pictures of him with guns, but when he was Arsenal he didn't limit himself with a bow and arrow.

Thanks Scifi_Collector.

I found this pic:
ARSENAL'S OUTSIDERS COSTUME. Again no guns but the costume looks similar.

I thought the artist's were limited to doing sketches of characters featured in the base set. If it is Arsenal/Red Arrow he isn't in the base set. He appears only as Speedy.

The style looks like Bob McLeod but I haven't seen any of his unsigned. Perhaps you could contact him and ask if nobody has a better idea.
