I've got to agree with Peter, the sketches don't really do anything for me at all. I was going to go for a couple of boxes but might put the money towards some more Star Wars Galaxy boxes instead. Don't get me wrong, I think the sketches are good but perhaps my expectations were quite high for this release.

Not too bad.

Are those actual autos or sticker-autos? They look nice. Are the cards from the base set or specifically for the writer to autograph?

My half case arrived. I have had bad luck with the UD Marvel Masterpieces but have been splitting a case with my local comics shop so kept on buying. This time, I did well with my 6 boxes

Base sets: It took more than 1 box to put together my base set so collation is a but suspect. The set itself, though, is excellent.
Marvel Knights: 9 card foil set. I got 6 sets plus a single spare, so essentially 1 set per box.
Moments: got 4 (of 9) plus 2 spares
X-Men: got 7 (of 9) plus 5 spares

Writer autos: 4 of these (Loeb, DeFalco, Van Lente, Salicrup)

In answer to some of the questions above, the writer autos are stickers. The artwork is specifically done for the cards and is some of the best artwork in the set, and the back of the card gives details about the specific writer.

The sketches are great. Any identification help would be appreciated.

- Buddy Prince (150) Moon Knight
- Chuck George (200) Deadpool
- Marcus Allen Smith (50) Deadpool
- Rapoza (50) War Machine
- Felicia Cano (???) Scorpion
- Dan Quiles (???) Daredevil

Can someone help me identify the artist. I think it is an older version of Iron Man, but can someone verify that as well.

Thanks,

Scott

A cool looking card Thumb Up, but it's no version of Iron man that I'm aware of.
