Costume : 2 X #M1, 2 X #M4, 2 X #M5
Base set : NONE
Only the card "12" is missing...So, I'm looking for 15 card number "12". If you've this card is stock, please let me know.

Took a frankly ridiculous chance on another box of this from ebay recently, having picked up almost everything else individually and needing just one card from the whole set (the rare Dennis Haysbert/Senator Palmer costume card). Got:
