Congrats on the Ford ztaylork!

After the debacle of my three dud Heritage boxes, I decided to give this set a chance based solely on the fact that I found a dealer on eBay selling boxes at a decent price.

I was more than pleasantly surprised to find I recieved a hot box. Thumb Up

Haven't collated the base cards yet, but I'm sure (or at least I hope) I got at least one complete set.

8 Foils: 1,2,5,6,7,8,9, and 10
2 Parallels: #20- 232/350 and #58- 118/350
1 Autograph: Karen Allen Luv You
1 Sketch: Agent Taylor by Ted Dastick Jr. Metal

Fourth box-

Decided to take a risk and grab a fourth Indy box today. Here's my results:

One Base Set

Parallel #9- 286/350

Foils- 2, 3, 4, 5

Autograph Card- Shia LaBeouf as Mutt Williams!

I had been tempted to pick up Shia's auto on eBay this past week and am glad I didn't. Definitely happy with the pull. Smile

Here is the scan of the retail auto for Igor Jijikine that I mentioned a few posts ago...

I scanned the front and back because I wasn't sure if the backs were different or not. My hobby boxes will be here tomorrow so then I'll hopefully find out for myself! Smile

Nice sketch Greg. I have an extra 17 card, and it's on the way.

You got 8 foils and 2 parallel - very nice!

I picked up a box from work Wednesday:

1 Base Set
4 Foil Cards

Was worried I got a dud box then the bottom two packs yielded:

1 Gold Parallel
1 Sketch...Waterhouse Frown

So I did get a dud box after all.

Thanks Don, I appreciate it. I was surprised too with the extra foils.

Also, thanks to actionman1 for the info on the sketch artist.

One box opened last night.

7 cards short of a base set. Shake Head

3 parallels

8 foils (all different)

1 very very bad sketch of a man - it could be anyone honestly.

In summary - I've opened 3 Indy boxes in a month. The two Heritage boxes didn't have a base set combined, and no base set here as well.

As my wife said "I don't know why you continue to buy this stuff from Topps - it's a bit of a con - so many people don't get close to value for money".

She may have a point.
