Don't have an Access template but you're welcome to a copy of my Excel spreadsheet. I'm slowly going through various sources and adding card details to it (19,497 entries so far & it's far from complete). Kinda large file (7.5Mb) to email but can probably shrink it a bit with WinRAR.

I don't have near as many as you have but I just sort them into Buffy, Charmed, Hellboy etc.
With the earlier seasons first, then the cards start with the P1, P2, and then the harder to find convention/show/UK versions. Of course, you have to have a sell sheet as an 'introduction' page  but if all else fails... you can send them to me  ____________________ yes, I do have a trade list A tout le monde, a tout mes amis - Je vous aime... I started with alphabetical, then as i got new ones i gave up. They are dotted around my room, in cupboards, in folders
