Artbox and Topps told me to submit an SASE for promos and I am still awaiting them quite a few months after I sent in for them. Has anyone else had this problem with these companies and/or other companies also ???

I have had issues with most of the top card companies when sending SASE's in for cards. Some will eventually send something, and others will never send anything. Some of course are real good about it and will send the cards fairly quickly.

I confess, we're slow at Monsterwax returning SASEs (even though no one on the forum has accused us of that).

The fact is, we warn people we're slow on our website with the SASEs and that they can take months to get out because our first job is to get the actual product designed, made, and mailed out to customers. Plus, we usually like to put NEW STUFF in those SASEs, so they usually wait till the new product is released and shipping. We don't advertise that they're promos, coz we sell promo sets to help keep the cost of limited edition print runs affordable, but we usually include a promo or two along with other sample cards. Late or not, we always send the SASEs back eventually because we don't want to steal stamps!

As far as the other companies go, I expect they are slow because they don't want to spend money paying an employee to fill the requests. I just do it on a time available basis.
