Hey Guys,

Does anyone here know if more than 6 promos for the alternative rock band POWERMAN 5000 were issued? The cards are marked 1 of 10, 2 of 10, etc. but I have only run across the first 6 numbers. HOPEFULLY someone on here can help me out with this.

From what I can find, while the cards say there were 10, there were only 6. One for each member of the band and then one of the album artwork. 5 guys + 1 album art card = 6 cards

LOL! Yeah, I have lots of "obscure" stuff....sometimes I wonder what in the world am I doing saving this!! But luckily I haven't listened to any of my past girlfriends!! LOL! I will post a scan soon!

Cool, that is what I was thinking and that is exactly what cards 1 through 6 are. Thanks for your input.

here is a scan of the front and back of card #1:

according to a guy on eBay that has these cards for sale...($35.00), he claims that only 100 sets were printed. Not sure about that but even back in the day, it was hard to run across them (trust me, I tried to find them)....so who knows.

I just bought a set on the Internet (not an auction house) for $10.06 including shipping. Not a bad price for an interesting find.

Yeah, I think that was a great deal!! It is a really nice set, too bad they didn't release all of the cards.
