The P2 on the 2008 set was exclusive to the binder, so maybe it is hard to find now.

Is Candace Parker a famous player ?

A few have sold recently on ebay in the $ 100-185 range and there's one up now for $ 380.00 or so....

She's highly accomplished, winning at every level including 2 WNBA Titles (including last year, her first season with her new team), two NCAA college titles, two Olympic Gold Medals, and for good measure, 5 titles in the Russian league where many star WNBA'ers play in the offseason.
