These were supposed to be included in the single dvd releases of each episode of the tv show. Only got as far as releasing the first two cards in UK - picked up a full set on ebay from USA. (No card 7, two card 8 is not my mistake but Anchor Bay's)

There are two versions of this set, the first on thick glossy card and the second, apparently Canadian in origin, on much thinner, non-glossy card with one title replaced (*) and negligible copyright differences in the small print.

ANCHOR BAY MOVIE RELEASE PROMOS Series 9- (2008)

Not sure why these are labeled Series 9 with the 10 card set coming out last year. But it is what it is. The main difference can be found in the copyright- these show Anchor Bay Entertainment, LLC, the 2007 cards show Starz Home Entertainment, LLC.

These cards showed up first in February in Texas but were given away in Indianapolis this past weekend at the Horror Hound Convention, The next show is in August, here's hoping for a new set by then!! Here's the pics.
