I have only heard about it. But I don't have any information about this card. Its not mentioned in the NSU guide

FYI, I paid $50/$60 for mine several years ago and its the only one I've ever seen on eBay.

Card was not included with the magazine but was sent to dealers who ordered a certain number of magazines. Think it was either 25 or 50 copies to get one.

It's also in the last Promo Card Encyclopedia...says "confirmed sale of $50". PCE has just a bit more info on the card but that info is basically what kyfhomp posted above.

Of the 4 "rare" Cards Illustrated inserts, it seems to be the easiest one to find. Apparently at one point, the artist was giving them away to people who asked for them, so I am told.

The other 3 CI "rare" promos-- Extreme #10, Cyberforce #9 and Wetworks #10 appear to be much harder to find. I have only seen 1 of each of them (the ones I own) but I have seen multiple Bone #6s.
