I am starting this thread with the goal of hopefully adding to the great work Todd Jordan did in his latest PCE. As such, I would appreciate anyone's contribution here, as long as any comments, questions, corrections, additions, deletions, clarifications etc.. pertain ONLY to promo cards issued before 2009. I will be addressing the changes alphabetically, in keeping with PCE's format and will be updating it as time permits. Of course, please feel free to supplement the list at your leisure.
NOTE: if I don't mention the size of the card in the description, then it is standard size on regular card stock. Also, please feel free to ask questions about any of the cards I am listing.

I used to send info to Todd for PCE and still have some old notes. Here are some pre-2009 cards not in PCE:

A.

AC Comics (1993) AC Comics - additional information for 2018
**I have seen the cards from a promo pack and it contained only eight cards; the "title card" listed in PCE2008 is actually a folded piece of slick paper that says "AC Comics Promo Pack!" on the front with an address on the back; a few of the cards in the pack were also inserted with comic books as noted below;
n.n. "Rayda"; also poly FemForce #63
n.n. "Sky Gal"; also poly Sky Gal #1
**the card below was not included in the promo pack
n.n. "Ms. Victory"; poly FemForce Up Close #6; sticker
**Note: there is conflicting information from the book, "Comic Cards and Their Prices (Wallace-Homestead Book Company, 1994). that a slightly different selection of promos was in the pack with #43 No-Nose Nanette (entered under FemForce III in this listing) substituted for "Scarlet Scorpion" - available through the FemForce Fan Club; also the book placed these cards under the heading "FemForce" since most of the characters are from that comic series.

Action Packed (1990) Hi-Pro Mktg, Inc. Set number n.k.; source n.k.; photo; stamped "sample" diagonally across the back. New for 2018
n.n. "Sugar Ray Leonard"
n.n. "Sugar Ray Leonard"; same as above but not folded; 5 x 7
**Note: "Action Packed" was a brand of sports cards that manufactured cards that were roughly 5 x 7 but then specially-folded in half to roughly card size and to better hide where the edges met on the back which also left the corners rounded. As far as I know, he company did not end up making boxing cards other than this sample.

Action 3D Cards (2003-2004) Action Corporate Services, Inc. Set number n.k.; inserted one per package of Action 1/64 die-cast cars; 3D lenticulars; back lists distributors of the company's products; fronts promote movies; the car packaging provides no mention that a card is included. New for 2018
n.n. (Arnold Schwarzenegger as Terminator); inserted with the Action 2003 Jamie McMurray 1/64 #42 Havoline die-cast car; this card was listed in PCE2008 under "Terminator 3 Havoline"; promotes Terminator 3
n.n. (Kristina Lokken as Terminator; inserted with the Action 2003 Jamie McMurray 1/64 #99 die-cast car.
**Note: the cards are not mentioned in the packaging nor could I find an online note about them so the set title provided for this listing is provisional and provided as a convenience.
