Does anyone have the Chromium P1 non holo-foil version of this card?

I've wondered that too. In all other cases the refractor is the rare version. It makes you wonder if someone at Wildstorm thought it was funny to make it the common one. All the ones (maybe just 7-10 cards) I've seen have been the refractor.
