G'day folks, hope everyone is doing well.
Just received a bunch of promos and noticed one of them is from the Chicagoland Entertainment Collectors Expo 10th Anniversary set, but numbered Bonus Card 1. The actor's name on the card is Butch Patrick and is dated Sept 10-12 2010.
Anyone have any info on that, was there more than one bonus card, is it rare?

Thats the only one I know of. I don't know of its rarity though. Seemed easy to get soon after the show was over.
