Yes, it's fun to go through the promo alphabet on that site. It's an interesting mix of the old and the new, easy-to-find and the scarce with franchises and more obscure properties represented. It's been up for a couple of years.

Nice site - Looked through some titles and did find a few missing. Other than the e-mail address listed, don't see anyway to contact the owner. Will try and reach out and will update if I get any reply.
Would be nice if this site (or a similar site) could become a trusted reference much like Jeff Allenders site

That site appears to be a showcase or sampling of a particular collection. I don't think it's building to be an exhaustive reference. Doing something like that has become too big of a job for someone to do part-time without a lot of help. Todd Jordan built PCE while the promo collecting hobby was still young. It's been 12 years since the last one. That's a lot of post-2007 cards and who knows how many hours of research to make a list and that doesn't count all the cards from before 2008 (not listed in PCE) that are still being found by the tens-hundreds every year.
Have you seen the list of contributors on the Allender site? Allender has created a very valuable resource for the hobby (something to cross-reference against the old guides and new Non-Sport Almanacs) but something like that needs additional specialists to comment on particular relevant points (missing cards, obscure cards, rarity details, card sources not generally known, etc.) to make a site like that as comprehensive as it is. It's a ton of time-consuming work just organizing all that information and adding listings to the site and editing ones already there. I'm sure the pay is terrible too.

Just a few minutes ago, I noticed that the site is back up and was updated on May 28. The link provided earlier in the thread still leads to a page that says the site can't be reached but it can be reached with this link.
